We offer a 14 day returns policy so in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will endeavor to resolve the issue quickly.
We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If you are still not satisfied and we agree to a return, the product must be returned to us with an authorization number, in the original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
If the product is used or not resaleable a refund may be denied. No refunds will be given outside of the 14 days or for items returned without authorization and any personalized/made-to-order products unless they are faulty.
For faulty/damaged products we may offer a replacement or refund. We will require evidence of the damage, this may be done in some instances by submitting photographs upon request. We will not be liable for return postage. Any authorized returns can be made using the cheapest possible method. Original packaging will keep the item secure.
